SOLUTION · TRUST & SAFETY OPS

Trust and safety, run properly, from one place

Detection is the easy half. The half that decides whether members stay is what happens after a report: whether it reaches a human, whether that human can see the evidence, whether the action is proportionate, and whether the member can appeal it.

Report to case to evidence to action to appeal

Every report becomes a case with the evidence attached — the messages, the photos, the device and payment signals. Every action taken on that case is recorded against the operator who took it, and every action can be appealed. Nothing depends on someone remembering what happened.

Member 360, without over-exposure

Operators see what they need to make a decision: verification status, trust state, plan, open reports. They do not see the passport photo. Identity documents, biometric templates and fraud evidence live in the Trust Vault behind their own access rules, and exceptional access is logged and reviewed.

Enforcement that carries across brands

A confirmed abuser banned on one brand is blocked from creating accounts on the others through D8N Guard. Running several brands on one platform only reduces fraud if enforcement is shared, and on D8N it is.

Platform health in the same room

Availability, latency and provider status per capability sit next to the case queue, because most of what looks like a safety incident at 2am is a degraded provider, and telling the two apart quickly is the whole job.

QUESTIONS

Straight answers

If the answer you need isn’t here, ask us directly — we will tell you plainly when D8N is not the right fit.

Who can see a member's identity documents?

Effectively nobody in day-to-day operations. Documents and biometric templates sit in the Trust Vault, separate from the operator surface, with their own access rules. Staff working a case see a verification status, not the document behind it. Exceptional access is recorded and reviewed.

Can members appeal an enforcement action?

Yes. Appeal is part of the case lifecycle rather than a separate inbox, so the operator reviewing an appeal sees the original evidence and the action that was taken, not a fresh ticket with no history.

Do you provide the moderators, or do we?

Either. Many launches start with D8N running trust and safety operations and hand over to the customer's own team as it grows. Role-based access makes a mixed team workable rather than a compliance problem.
